1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an active online presence (YouTube channel, blog, newsletter, social media, or community) with an audience genuinely interested in gardening, homesteading, or growing food
• Have a valid PayPal account capable of receiving international payments
• Not be a current EdenVatika employee, contractor, or immediate family member of one
• Not self-refer — you may not use your own promo code to sign up for or upgrade an EdenVatika account

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

2. Enrolment

Participation in the Program begins only when we explicitly confirm your acceptance in writing (by email). Submitting an application does not grant you affiliate status. We will provide you with a unique promo code and referral link upon acceptance.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details and PayPal email address up to date. Payments sent to an incorrect PayPal address you provided are non-recoverable by us.

3. Promo Codes & Links

You will receive one unique promo code and one referral link. A referral is tracked when a new user creates an EdenVatika account using your link (signup.php?aff=YOURCODE) or manually enters your promo code during signup.

• Your code is for your use only — you may not transfer, sell, or sub-license it
• Referrals are tracked at signup time only. Users who sign up without your code cannot be retroactively attributed to you
• We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Attribution is based solely on the promo code or link used at the point of account creation
• You must not create multiple referral links or artificially inflate your referral count

4. Commission & Tracking

Commissions are earned only on paid conversions — when a user referred by your code subscribes to an EdenVatika Pro plan and their payment is successfully processed. Free signups generate no commission.

• Monthly commissions are earned for a maximum of 12 consecutive months per referred user from the date of their first payment, regardless of how long they remain subscribed
• If a referred user cancels and re-subscribes later, no new commission is earned on the re-subscription
• Commission rates are set by us and may change with 30 days' notice to active affiliates
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; commissions are always calculated as 30% of the price actually charged to the customer

5. Payouts

• Method: PayPal only, sent to the email address you registered with us
• Currency: USD ($)
• Schedule: Monthly, on or around the 1st of the month following the commission period
• Minimum threshold: $15.00 — balances below this carry forward to the following month
• Final payment on termination: Any earned balance above $15 will be paid within 30 days of termination; balances below $15 at termination are forfeited
• We are not responsible for PayPal fees deducted on your end, currency conversion losses, or failed payments caused by an incorrect PayPal address you provided
• Commissions are paid in good faith based on our internal tracking system. Our records are the sole source of truth for commission calculations

6. Refunds & Voids

EdenVatika offers a 2-day refund window on new subscriptions in accordance with our Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

• If a referred user receives a refund, the associated commission is voided and will not be paid out
• If a commission has already been included in a payout, it will be deducted from your next month's balance
• Commissions on monthly renewals (months 2–12) are not subject to reversal once paid, unless fraud is involved
• Commissions that are pending (not yet paid out) may be withheld if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Self-referral: Using your own code to sign up, upgrade, or create accounts for friends or family members to generate commission
• Fake or incentivised signups: Paying, offering rewards, or otherwise inducing people to sign up purely to generate commission, without genuine interest in the product
• Cookie stuffing or link hijacking: Any technique that forces, embeds, or tricks visitors into having your code applied without their knowledge
• Brand keyword bidding: Running paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) that bid on "EdenVatika" or similar brand terms
• Misleading claims: Promoting EdenVatika with false or exaggerated claims about its features, pricing, results, or endorsements
• Spam: Distributing your referral link via unsolicited email, DMs, comment spam, or bulk messaging
• Coupon/cashback sites: Listing your promo code on coupon aggregator websites or cashback platforms without our written consent

8. How You May Promote Us

You are encouraged to promote EdenVatika through:

• Honest reviews, tutorials, and walkthroughs on your channel or blog
• Organic social media posts mentioning the app or your promo code
• Your website, newsletter, or community — provided the content is genuine and not misleading

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content where you promote EdenVatika, in compliance with applicable advertising standards (e.g. "#ad", "affiliate link", or equivalent disclosure). This is both a legal requirement and a condition of your participation.

9. Our Brand & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the EdenVatika name, logo, and screenshots solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with these terms.

• Do not alter, distort, or modify our logo or brand assets
• Do not use our brand in a way that suggests you are EdenVatika, or that EdenVatika endorses you personally
• Do not register domain names, social media handles, or business names that include "EdenVatika" or confusingly similar terms
• This licence terminates automatically upon termination of your affiliate account

10. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of EdenVatika. You have no authority to bind EdenVatika contractually or make representations on our behalf. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, including any income tax or GST/VAT obligations arising from commissions you receive.

11. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of income. Commission figures shown on this page are illustrative examples only — actual earnings depend entirely on the volume and quality of referrals you generate. EdenVatika makes no representation that you will earn any particular amount.

12. Termination

By you: You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us at hello@edenvatika.com. Your promo code will be deactivated and any balance above the $15 threshold will be paid in the next regular payout cycle.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, bring the EdenVatika brand into disrepute, or if we discontinue the Program entirely. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

We may also terminate the Program entirely at any time with 30 days' notice to active affiliates, after which all earned commissions above $15 will be paid out.

13. Changes to the Program

We may modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, or payout conditions at any time. We will notify active affiliates by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of India (Bihar). Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar.
