At EdenVatika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Pro subscription. This policy explains your rights and options regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy and a limited refund window to ensure you can try our Pro features with confidence. By subscribing to EdenVatika Pro, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
This policy applies to all subscription plans (monthly and yearly) purchased through our platform via PayPal.
2-Day Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 2 days (48 hours) of your initial subscription purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation can be done through:
EdenVatika Dashboard
Go to Manage Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription"
PayPal Account
Manage your subscription directly through PayPal's website
Important: When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining days of the current period.
If you're within the 2-day refund window, follow these steps:
Contact Support
Email hello@edenvatika.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
Provide Details
Include your account email, subscription date, and reason for the refund
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
Receive Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming approval or denial with explanation
Refund Issued
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
6–8 Banking Days
Average refund processing time after approval
If you haven't received your refund within 10 banking days, please contact us.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
Requests After 2-Day Window
Refund requests submitted more than 2 days after purchase
Mid-Cycle Cancellations
Cancelling in the middle of a billing period (you retain access until period ends)
Renewal Charges
Automatic renewal charges, unless a technical error prevented cancellation
Account Violations
Subscriptions terminated due to Terms of Service violations
Change of Mind After Window
Deciding you no longer want the service after the 2-day window
Partial Period Refunds
No pro-rated refunds for unused portions of billing periods
All EdenVatika Pro subscriptions are processed through PayPal. All refunds are returned to your original payment method (card, bank account, or PayPal balance).
We may consider refund requests outside the standard 2-day window in the following exceptional cases:
Technical Issues
Service outages or bugs that prevented normal use of Pro features
Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged twice, we'll refund the duplicate regardless of timing
Billing Errors
If an error on our end caused the wrong amount to be charged
Failed Cancellation
If you attempted to cancel before renewal but were charged due to a technical issue
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Chargeback Consequences
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate account suspension, loss of access to your garden data, permanent ban from EdenVatika services, or legal action to recover chargeback fees.
