Today

    It writes itself

Plant once. The jobs show up on their own.

You never have to remember when you last fed the tomatoes. When you plant something, EdenVatika looks at where it’s growing and adds the jobs that place needs.

A pot dries out faster than a raised bed. A hanging basket needs water every day. A hydroponic system needs its pH checked, not watering. The list knows the difference.

Raised bed or in the ground

One watering job per bed — not one per plant.

    The real thing

    Overdue, Today, Upcoming. That’s it.

Open the To-Do List and your jobs are already sorted. Anything you missed sits in red at the top. Today’s jobs come next. The rest waits under Upcoming.

    • Four counters at the top: Today, Overdue, Upcoming, Completed.
    • Filter by type, priority or date — “show me just the watering”.
    • Today’s jobs also appear on your dashboard, so you can tick them from there.

    Tick it off

Tick a job. The next one is already there.

Watering, weeding and feeding repeat. Tick today’s watering and the next one is added for the right day — you never set up a schedule.

And watering isn’t stuck on one setting. As your bed goes from seeds to seedlings to harvest, the job changes its name and its advice to match.

    Smarter ticks

Ticking a job does more than cross it out.

Feeding: tick a fertilize job and you can note what you used — name, brand, N-P-K and how you applied it. Next year, you’ll know exactly what worked.

Transplanting: tick it a few days late and your harvest date moves by the same number of days. Your calendar stays honest.

    Guide

    To-Do List, how do I…?

    Short answers. Tap a question.

Where do the jobs come from? +
From your garden. When you plant something in a bed or pot, EdenVatika adds its watering, weeding, feeding, transplanting and harvest jobs for you. You don’t type anything.
How do I mark a job done? +
Tick the box next to it, on the To-Do List or in Today’s Tasks on your dashboard. If it’s a job that repeats, the next one is added straight away.
I can’t do it today. What now? +
Tap the little clock on the job and pick Tomorrow, +3 days or +1 week. The job moves; nothing is lost.
How do I add my own job? +
Tap + Add Task. Give it a name, a type, a date and (if you like) a bed. Tick Make this a recurring task and pick how many days between repeats.
How do I clear a lot of jobs at once? +
Use Complete All Today or Complete All Overdue at the top. Or tick the small boxes on several jobs and choose Complete Selected.
How do I see only watering jobs? +
Use the filters at the top: type (Watering, Harvest…), Pending or Completed, priority, and Today / This Week / Overdue.
Why does a watering job say “— Seedling” or “— Harvest phase”? +
Watering changes as your plants grow. Fresh seeds need gentle, frequent water; crops near harvest need a bit less. The job’s name and note tell you which stage the bed is in.
How do I get a reminder each morning? +
Turn on notifications in Settings and pick your Daily Reminder Time. You’ll get one message with how many jobs are due and how many are overdue — or, if frost is coming and you have tender plants outside, a warning to cover them.
How do I stop the app making watering jobs? Pro +
Go to Settings → Task Preferences and switch Watering off — handy if you have drip irrigation. You can do the same for feeding, weeding, pruning and pest control.
What happens to my fruit bushes after harvest? Pro +
When you mark a perennial’s harvest as finished, three jobs are added: winter pruning after 2 weeks, a dormant oil spray after a month, and a spring feed after 3 months.

    FAQ

    Questions, answered

Do I have to type in all my garden jobs?
No. That’s the point. Plant something in the Garden Designer and the jobs appear on their own — the right ones for a raised bed, a pot, a hanging basket or a hydroponic setup.
Does it water my plants every day?
Only where they need it. A raised bed starts at every 2 days, a small pot every day. When rain is on the way, today’s watering job says so and you can skip it with one tap. How the weather part works →
What’s the limit on the free plan?
Up to 20 new jobs a month — that includes the ones made for you when you plant. A job that repeats counts once, however often it comes back. A meter on the To-Do List shows how many you’ve used. Pro has no limit.
Will it remind me if I forget?
Yes. Missed jobs move into a red Overdue group at the top so nothing slips by, and the morning reminder tells you how many are overdue.
Can I use it with no garden plan, just as a list?
Yes. Add your own jobs with + Add Task, give them a date, and make them repeat if you like.
