What would you grow again? No scale needed.

The real thing

Thirty seconds. Every crop you grew.

Season Review lists everything you planted this season. Each card already shows what you logged — how many harvests, how much, and whether the first pick came early or late.

You add three quick answers. Every tap saves on its own.

  • How did it produce? Lots, Some, A little or None.
  • Grow it again? 👍 Keep, 🤔 Maybe or 👎 Drop.
  • Did you enjoy eating it? Yes or No — plus a note if you want.

It reminds you — so you don’t forget how it went.

When most of your season is over, a banner on your dashboard says it’s time to review. And the moment you finish a crop, it asks one quick question while you still remember.

By autumn, most of your review is already done.

Was it you, or the weather?

See how your season’s weather compared.

A poor tomato year isn’t always the tomato’s fault. Season Review shows your season’s hot days, rain, dry spells and frost dates — next to a typical year where you live.

So you don’t drop a good variety because of one strange summer.

⛅ Your 2026 season in Pune

  • 23 days above 32°C (a typical year here has 11)
  • Days ran 1.4°C hotter than usual
  • 412 mm of rain — drier than usual (~560 mm); longest dry spell 18 days

Satellite estimate for your area (NASA POWER), compared with the same weeks in the previous 5 years

Example. Tomatoes drop their flowers above about 32°C — so a weak tomato year here was the heat, not the variety.

Guide

Season Review, how do I…?

Short answers. Tap a question.

Where is Season Review? +
In the Journal — tap the Season Review card at the top. Near the end of your season, a banner on your dashboard reminds you too.
What do I answer for each crop? +
Three quick taps: how much it produced (Lots, Some, A little or None), whether you’d grow it again (Keep, Maybe or Drop), and whether you enjoyed eating it. Add a note if you like.
Do I have to weigh my harvests first? +
No. That’s the point — “No scale needed.” If you did log harvests, the card shows them; if not, just say how it went.
Do I need to press Save? +
No. Every tap saves straight away. Close it half-way and nothing is lost.
Can I review some crops now and the rest later? +
Yes. Crops still in the ground are listed under “Still growing — review when you’re ready.” Use To review to see only the ones you haven’t done.
Why did it ask “Grow it again?” right after I finished a crop? +
So you answer while it’s fresh. That answer goes straight into your Season Review, so by autumn most of it is already done.
Can I look at last year’s review? +
Yes. Pick the season from the list at the top — 2026 season, 2025 season and so on.
Where do my verdicts show up later? Pro +
When you pick a variety next season, it carries your verdict — like “Sungold — 👍 kept 2026”.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is a season review?
A two-minute look back at the end of your growing season: what did well, what didn’t, and what’s worth growing again. EdenVatika turns it into three taps per crop.
Is Season Review free?
Yes — the review, the reminders, your notes and the season weather summary are all free. Pro shows your verdicts again when you pick varieties next season.
What is the season weather summary?
A short look at your season’s weather — hot days, rain, dry spells and frost — compared with the same weeks in the previous five years. It helps you tell whether a crop let you down, or the weather did.
What if a crop died?
It still shows up, marked as failed, so you can decide whether it’s worth another try.
